Platform and Architecture

What exactly is TMS SaaS?

TMS is tailoring management software for boutiques, ateliers, tailoring studios, and garment workshops. It connects order intake, measurements, production tracking, staff execution, billing, dispatch, inventory, and ecommerce on one operating system.

Do ecommerce and internal operations share the same data layer?

Yes. Orders placed through the commerce flow can move directly into production with customer details, measurements, and garment selections intact, so teams are not retyping the same information across separate tools.

Is this limited to the Indian market?

No. TMS is India-ready first, including GST-oriented workflows and WhatsApp-heavy operations, but the architecture is suitable for boutiques and garment teams in other markets as well.

Do you support multiple branches or locations?

Yes. The command layer is built so leadership can monitor inventory, orders, delivery pressure, and operating performance across multiple locations from one system.

Is tenant data isolated?

Yes. TMS runs on a multi-tenant architecture where each tenant operates in an isolated workspace with its own operational data and access control.

Modules and Features

Can we activate modules gradually instead of everything at once?

Yes. Tenants can begin with core order, staff, or production modules and then add inventory, ecommerce, payroll, or advanced attendance features later.

Is there a mobile app for staff?

Yes. TMS includes an Android staff app for attendance, tasks, notices, chat, and live execution updates tied to the tenant workspace.

What attendance methods are available?

Depending on plan and setup, TMS can support basic attendance, face-based attendance, IP-based attendance, and geofence attendance.

Can we import our existing client and order data?

Yes. The platform includes import and export support, and onboarding can be planned around migration from spreadsheets or older systems.

Does the ecommerce flow support custom garment configurations?

Yes. The commerce layer is designed for style selection, fabric selection, measurements, and order lifecycle tracking that feed directly into internal execution.

Pricing and Billing

What billing durations are supported?

The current commercial structure supports monthly, half-yearly, annual, and longer commitment cycles depending on the plan and agreement.

Is there a self-serve free trial?

No open self-serve trial is advertised right now. The preferred path is a guided demo and, where appropriate, a controlled evaluation environment.

Do you offer custom pricing for larger operations?

Yes. Manufacturing setups, franchise networks, or larger multi-branch deployments can be quoted separately based on scope and module requirements.

Can TMS replace standalone billing software?

For many boutique workflows, yes. Billing, payment tracking, and order-linked invoicing are part of the same operating flow instead of living in a disconnected billing-only tool.

Onboarding and Support

What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding usually starts with workflow discovery, tenant setup, module mapping, migration planning, and team training so the rollout matches how the operation actually works.

What support channels are available?

Support can be coordinated through WhatsApp, email, and direct implementation communication during onboarding and early usage.

How long does it take to get operational?

That depends on workflow complexity, migration needs, and the number of modules involved, but the goal is always a controlled rollout rather than a rushed switch.

What is the best next step if we are interested?

Book a demo or contact the team with your workflow context. That gives us enough information to map modules, rollout sequence, and commercial fit properly.

Still comparing options?

Bring your current workflow and we will map the right rollout path.

The best conversation usually starts with your real bottleneck: order chaos, workshop control, staff discipline, or ecommerce handoff.
